Join Before Host

The join before host option allows attendees to join a meeting before the host joins, or when the host cannot attend the meeting.

To achieve the join before host option, you must ensure you have following options actioned:

1. Ensure "Waiting Room" is de-selected
2. Select "Advanced Options", then select "Allow participants to join"
3. Select the time period that you will permit participants to join prior to the meeting start time. (5,10,15min OR Anytime)

If you do not action the above options, the participants will see a pop up dialog that says

"The meeting is waiting for the host to join."
