Telephony/Voice in MS Teams (or Teams Phone) connects everyone with audio and video calling so you can collaborate, communicate, and be more efficient in your day-to-day tasks.

Teams Calls Tab
You can make and receive internal and external calls on your computer, tablet, or mobile device using the MS Teams Calls tab.
Or, if you are already in a chat, you can start a call by selecting the Video Call or Audio Call button.
Or, you can type /call <Name> in the Search Bar.
