Why can't I find my units in MySCU?

There can be a few reasons as to why a learning site could be missing from your MySCU portal. Some reasons include

  • Blackboard sites automatically open to students one week before the start of teaching commences. More information on Key Teaching dates can be found here.

  • When a new teaching period begins, all previous learning sites will be automatically moved from current sites to past sites. For information on how to find a past learning site, please refer to this article: How do I pin past learning sites to the home page

  • You may not be enrolled in the unit. To confirm you are enrolled please log in to MyEnrolment, then access study plans, select your course. From here you can confirm you are enrolled, please contact Student Services.

  • Once you have enrolled in a unit, the system needs time to provide you access to the learning site. This process can typically take up to 48 hours.  If your learning site still hasn't appeared after you have waited the relevant time, please contact the Service Desk for investigation.

  • If you were enrolled in the unit but it has suddenly disappeared, please contact Student Services.
