How to request another attempt from within Blackboard

Unfortunately, the Service Desk cannot provide students with another quiz attempt, remove an uploaded file or allow a second submission.

You will need to contact your Unit Assessor or Lecturer to request another attempt.

To locate these details, log into your Blackboard unit and click on the Contact tab from the left menu
