TAFENSW Technology Services will assist with the following;
- Corporate Systems - SAP, TPD etc
- Drive Mappings (except M Drive)
- Email & Calendar Rights/Permissions
- Purchasing - Hardware/Software/Mobile Phone/Peripherals
- Learning Materials/Connected Classrooms - Google Classroom, Moodle, Microsoft Teams, TDC
- Passwords (TAFE Account) including PingID
- Sharepoint
- Softphones - Jabber
- Video Conferencing (outside theatres)
- VPN
- Printing (Ricoh) - N.G.32 and G.LG.6 (Consumables)
Password Changes
To change password / unlock account for TAFENSW account (login to computer/email/WiFi), you can also try Self Service Change Password on a different device, http://my.tafensw.edu.au > Forgot your password?

Technology Information For TAFE Students @ CHEC
TAFENSW Student Technology Service Desk (State-Wide)
Open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday to assist with:
- Access to the TAFE Virtual Desktop
- Installing and accessing Microsoft Teams/Office 365
- Connecting to the TAFE NSW network
- Arrangements for TAFE NSW Bring Your Own Device; and
- Access to learning management platforms (including TAFE Digital Campus, Moodle)
- Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) using PingID
If students need technical advice, they may:
- Review the Quick Reference Guides and Information Sheets available on the Connected Learning and Student Readiness pages of the TAFE NSW website; or
- Call the Student Technology Service Desk on 131 601 and select option for ‘Technology Support’
