Service Desk - In Person Support

Technology Service Desk also offers in-person support for students on-campus

Support Includes

  • Access issues for SCU Systems and Services
  • Basic assistance with MySCU/Blackboard
  • Wireless access support (WiFi)
  • Print/Copy/Scanning
  • Basic issues with personal devices such as;
    • Assistance downloading and installing supported SCU applications e.g. Office
    • Assistance setting up email on mobile phones etc


Location & Hours

  • Monday to Friday 9:00am - 3:30pm
  • E.G.19 (under Library stairs)
  • Includes the Student Learning Centre (SLC) - equipment loans
  • Additionally we support TAFE and CHSC students and staff accessing their systems and services
