How do I login to the Service Desk Customer Portal?

You can directly log a ticket with the Service Desk, or see updates and history by logging in.

When you create a ticket by sending in an email it is automatically joined to a Service Desk portal account. If you're an SCU staff member you can login with your SCU account; if you've previously emailed the Service Desk you can set a password associated with that email address and then login to see the history or create a new request. You can also self sign-up to create an account.

Go to, click Log In

If you use the Non-SCU Login, your username will be your email address;

if you haven't set a password before, click "Forgot your password?"

Enter your email address, and follow the email instructions.
