What notification emails will I receive from RiskWare?

There are a number of notification emails that the RiskWare system may send depending on your involvement in a report:

  • When an incident or hazard report is submitted - email to individual reporting
  • When an incident or hazard report is submitted - email to supervisor of individual reporting
  • When an incident or hazard report is transferred - email to newly assigned supervisor 
  • When an individual is invited to view an incident or hazard report
  • When an incident or hazard report is closed - email to individual reporting
  • When an incident or hazard report is closed - email to supervisor of individual reporting
  • Overdue reminder if no Management Plan has been entered by the relevant supervisor within 5 days - email to supervisor 
  • Overdue escalation if no Management Plan has been entered by the relevant supervisor within 10 days - email to both supervisor and next level supervisor 
  • When a task is assigned - email to task owner
  • When a task is transferred - email to task owner
  • When a task is closed - email to Management Plan owner
  • Task reminder 1 day before due date - email to task owner
  • Task overdue if not completed 5 days after due date - email to task owner, task owner's supervisor and Management Plan owner
