Resetting Password for Desktop Client or Mobile application

1. Login into https://cloudstor.aarnet.edu.au/ via internet browser.

2. Select Southern Cross University and click hyperlink.

3. Enter your MySCU user credentials. i.e. mjones and associated password.

 4. Click sign in.

5. On top right hand navigation bar, click on settings

6. Enter new password and select change password

7. Now you can use that password with your SCU email address to access the mobile app or desktop client.
