Add a Mediasite presentation to your Blackboard site

Step 1: Navigate to where you want the Mediasite link to appear e.g. Unit Content

Hover your cursor over the Build Content drop-down menu and click on Add Mediasite Content

Step 2: Mediasite will now open within Blackboard.

Click the Presentation button for a single recording or click the Collection button for an entire Channel

Step 3: Locate your presentation. You can also type your unit code or presentation name in the Search field

Then click on the Presentation Link button

Step 4: Your Mediasite link will now appear on your Blackboard site

Step 1: Navigate to the Blackboard item.

Click the drop-down menu and select Edit

Step 2: From the toolbar, select the icon Add Content button

Step 3: Click on the Add Mediasite Content option from the menu

Step 4: Mediasite will now open within Blackboard.

Click the Presentation button for a single recording or click the Collection button for an entire Channel

Step 5: Locate your presentation.  You can also type your unit code or presentation name in the Search field

Step 6: Click on the Presentation Link button

Step 7: Your Mediasite link and preview image will now appear on your item 

Step 8:  Make any changes to your item and click on the Submit button

By default, the Mediasite preview image will always appear on the right-hand side.  If you want to change the position, click on the Source Code icon from the toolbar

From within the source code find: style=float: right;

Change this to style=float: left;

Add <div style="clear: both;"></div> 

Click the Save button

Step 9:  Your item has now been created.  Students can click on the Mediasite link or the preview image
