If you've printed from this specific computer before plus everyone else is printing and it suddenly stopped working ALL documents, please follow these steps.
Step 1: Click on the Start button, just start typing Windows Credential, select Credential Manager when it appears
Step 2: Click on the Windows Credentials icon
Step 3: Select the drop down arrow beside cp-stprn1-w.staff.scu.ad and click Remove link
Step 4: Click on the Start button, just start typing Control Panel, select Control Panel when it appears
Step 5: Click on Devices & Printers icon
Step 6: Right click on any Follow You printers and select Remove Device
