Enterprise Data Warehouse is being upgraded this weekend (6pm 1/12/23 - 8am 4/12/23)

We are writing to advise of an essential outage to a number of our systems this weekend. A major upgrade is required to the technology that supports our Enterprise Data Warehouse.

During the upgrade process, all student and staff access to the following services will be disrupted:  

• UCMS
• SONIA
• COGNOS
• PowerBI
• Tableau
• Aurion - HR
• Career Hub

The maintenance window will start from 6 pm (NSW Time) this Friday, 1^st December, with normal operations to resume by 8 am (NSW Time) on Monday, 4^th December. Please note that during the outage window, other systems may display data that is not current.

Technology Services aims to always keep outages to a minimum, but this is a significant upgrade, so your patience and understanding during this time is greatly appreciated.
