SCU Technology Services will be performing critical planned maintenance on the Spark (Jira Service Management, and Spark Help Centre) platform after business hours this evening, Wednesday the 16th of November 2022.
An outage on the Jira Service Management platform is required from 6 - 12 pm AEDT tonight. This outage will impact the Spark Help Center but Spark Knowledge Base articles are still accessible via article links.
During the outage window, users may see a Forbidden permission error message, this is expected behavior and does not actually impact users' permissions. Access to all Spark services will return to normal at the completion of the work Thursday morning 8am AEDT.
