What notification emails will I receive from RiskWare?

There are a number of notification emails that the RiskWare system may send depending on your involvement in a report:

  • When an incident or hazard report is submitted - email to individual reporting
  • When an incident or hazard report is submitted - email to supervisor of individual reporting
  • When an incident or hazard report is transferred
  • When an individual is invited to view an incident or hazard report
  • When an incident is closed - email to affected individual
  • When an incident is closed - email to affected individual's supervisor 
  • Warning email if no Action Plan has been entered by the relevant supervisor 
  • Overdue email if no Action Plan has been entered by the relevant supervisor - email to both supervisor and their next level supervisor 
  • Warning email 3 days before task target completion date - email to task owner and task owner's supervisor
  • Overdue email if task completion is not achieved within 5 days following target completion date - email task owner, task owner's supervisor, next level supervisor and Action Plan owner
  • Warning email if a report has been opened with no action taken - email to individual reporting, individual reporting's supervisor and the next level supervisor
  • Overdue email if a report has been opened with no action taken - email to individual reporting, individual reporting's supervisor and the next level supervisor
